We as a company do not believe in any hidden costs. Whatever fees you see, that's all we charge and that's a promise!

10% management fee : that includes the full management of the property as well as the signing of the lease. We'll also contact council offices or gas and electricity companies on your behalf.

Block views: we do block views on a weekly basis - cost per block viewing £15.00 (alternatively, you as the landlord, can take the views if you would prefer.)

Advertising: we advertise free of charge on our Web Site and through our email newsletters as well as in the window of our premises. We can advertise through alternative routes (eg: Evening Times at £15.00 per advert)

Consultation: we will always consult you, as the landlord of the property, if and when repairs are necessary. You can then organise the repairs yourself or alternatively we have highly trained staff in all types of property maintenance (plumbers, electricians, joiners and painters).

Our fees may be unbelievable but our service is unbeatable!!
